Ocotillo Core Collective grew out of Crystal Merkel's own story. Through pregnancy, surgeries, and loss, she learned how to rebuild a capable body slowly, gently, and with grace. That lived experience shapes every session she leads.
As a fitness coach and HIIT instructor with a background in Foundation Training, Crystal blends practical strength with deep care. She believes movement should adapt to your life, welcome your children, and feel a lot more like play than punishment.
