Strength rebuilt through real life, not in spite of it.
Crystal Merkel built Ocotillo Core Collective out of her own story. Through pregnancy, surgeries, and loss, she rediscovered her strength one honest, playful session at a time. That is the heart of every workout she leads.
Her coaching blends functional strength, deep core work, mobility, and breathwork, shaped by years as a movement coach. Alongside her, Alli, a pediatric occupational therapist, brings insight on child development and play, so kids are woven into the work rather than waiting on the sidelines.
